Casey went from cover up to beach wear after losing 3 stone!

Since losing 3 stone in 3 months I have managed to keep the weight off for the last 5 months. I am finding it easy to maintain my weight loss as I now look at food in a different way, my portion sizes have reduced and I am picking my food more wisely.

I am now enjoying attending the gym and working out. I have even booked a summer holiday, as I feel confident about my body.
