Martin found his six pack after losing 6 stone!

6 Stone weight loss in 6 months and I can’t believe the transformation!  I no longer suffer from heartburn, my headaches have disappeared and I have come off my anti-depressants for the first time in two years.  Not only has my health and appearance improved, my confidence levels have increased, which is really beneficial for running my own business.  Up to 2002 I was a music producer with a wardrobe full of lovely clothes that I could no longer fit into – this has now changed for the better and I can now wear clothes I want to, rather than clothes I have to. It’s a great feeling to have lost 6 inches from my waist and 8 inches from my chest. 

The support has been amazing and the Programme has been so easy; so my only wish was that I had found Go Lower sooner!
