The Programme
Consultation
We need to understand your full diet history, along with your weight loss goals in order to recommend the perfect Programme for you. In particular, we need to know how many times you did a VLCD shake diet and the weight fluctuations between each attempt. We are also interested in finding out whether you suffer from any other health complaints which may affect the success of any diet. Of particular interest is whether you have had your gall bladder removed after a VLCD, if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic and if you suffer from PCOS.
Stage One – Introduction
Before we start you on the Detox Phase, you will be put through an introduction stage, which is a return to whole, real food. If you have deprived yourself of good fats and normal calories for some time, we need to gently reintroduce whole food to your body. We will provide you with a special selection of our delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners and puddings during this phase. This period can take anything from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your personal needs.
Stage Two – Detox
Once you have successfully completed the Introduction Stage, we will introduce you to the Detox box, where we will expand your choices. You will remain in ketosis, but will be having a much broader range of foods to help your body recover and normalise.
Stage Three – Fast Inch Loss
Now you are on track to lose fat, and keep it off for life. Your diet will have broadened and you will be feeling much more confident about food choices and being able to share meals with friends and family. You will be eating whole, real food, rich in essential nutrients.
Stage Four – Transition
The most critical part of the Programme is learning to eat fabulous, whole food and still burn fat. This is the real beginning of a life free of diets and deprivation; no watching fat content, counting calories, but rather choosing the foods that will keep you slim and healthy for life.
