Learning how to eat a lower carb diet, rich in nutrients and flavour, is a whole new learning process for most of us even though the great French chefs have always been low carb!

The Programme

Consultation

We need to understand what your personal goals are and your weight loss history to recommend the best Programme for you. In order to develop your bespoke go lower Programme, we also need to find out what you like to eat now, along with your favourite recipes.  We will want to know about your favourite chefs or cooks and what your family love to eat. We will then design your programme to meet your weight loss goals, on the assumption that you will lose a stone each month, using the information you have provided us with.

Bespoke Programme

We take your favourite recipes and redesign them to ensure they are high protein, low carb meals, suitable to trigger ketosis. We supply you with a choice of go lower breakfast cereals; snacks and treats daily, together with a lunch option for each week day.  During this stage we will redesign up to 10 of your favourite recipes to make them compatible with the go lower ketogenic diet. Each programme will be personalised to you!

Throughout your programme you will have free, unrestricted access to the nutrition team who are not only fully qualified nutritionists, but are also passionate about home cooking and food.
