The human body can only convert food to fat with the help of a hormone called insulin. If you produce too much insulin then the body will constantly want to convert food to fat. The reason why many people are getting fatter, faster, is simply because their body is producing too much insulin.

Insulin is triggered by the consumption of certain foods – Starch and Sugar. If you stop eating starch and sugar, two things happen:-
