Professor Gary Frost
Professor Gary Frost is the Chair in Nutrition and Dietetics Division of Investigative Science at Imperial College London. Professor Frost has a PhD in Nutrition and was appointed Honorary Reader in Nutrition at Imperial College. His research interests include ‘Dietary Carbohydrates’ and ‘Obesity Management’.
Dr. John Briffa
Holds a doctorate from the University College London Medical School, and has developed a special interest in nutritional and naturally-oriented medicine. Dr. Briffa also completed an intercalated BSc degree in Biomedical Sciences. He is an award-winning health writer, having published several books on the subject of nutrition and natural health.
Professor Richard Feinman
A professor of biochemistry and medical researcher at SUNY Downstate Medical Centre, specialising in nutrition and metabolism. Professor Feinman is a director of the Nutrition and Metabolism Society and Editor-in-Chief of the Open Access online medical journal, Nutrition & Metabolism.

A GP specialising in helping diabetics eat low carbohydrate/high protein diets.
Dr. David Haslam
A Physician in Obesity Medicine at the Centre for Obesity Research at Luton & Dunstable Hospital. He is also Clinical Director of the UK’s National Obesity Forum. Dr. Haslam is a GP with a special interest in obesity and cardiometabolic diseases. He took charge of formulating the guidelines for management of childhood obesity with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. His articles about nutrition and weight loss have been widely published in journals and, papers. Dr. Haslam also speaks internationally on obesity and related diseases.
